Please note these shipping costs do not include import duty.
Returns and Exchanges
Faulty goods will be fully refunded or we can replace your bag of jigsaw pieces. This is excluding our mystery boxes which are not covered by our warranty.
Please also note that we are unable to send replacements to customers outside of the UK.
Faulty jigsaws must be returned within 30 days for a refund or within 1 year for a replacement bag of pieces.
Non-faulty goods must be returned within 7 days after receiving the product.
The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods are still in the condition that they left our warehouse in.
The return postage will not be refunded. If you have a problem with the product, please contact us before you return the item, email email@example.com
